Coordn8 is building a parking and neighborhood app for New York City. Our public launch target is January 1, 2027. We’re exploring a small, invitation-only perks pilot with local businesses.

An approved offer can introduce your business to members browsing Perks in the Coordn8 app. You choose an item or service, set a quantity you can manage, and decide when it is available. We’re testing whether this brings useful visits. We can’t promise foot traffic or sales.

Members can claim a published perk with credits, activate it when staff is ready, and show the pass. A request for an invitation is the first step; application approval does not publish an offer.

What you provide

A free item or service, or a percentage off one, that members claim with community credits. Members never pay an added fee or required tip, and for a discount they pay only the discounted price. Your business supplies the perk and covers its own costs.

What Coordn8 provides

A place for approved offers in Perks, a record of claims, and a way to check claims when customers visit. There is no Coordn8 participation fee during the pilot. Future paid participation would require separate terms and your agreement.

What you control

Choose your quantity and availability. You can stop new claims. Perks already claimed still need to be honored under their saved terms. The pilot supports one claim per member for each offer.

Is this a fit?

The pilot is intended for local businesses that can provide a complete item or service at a participating location, explain limits clearly, and prepare staff to recognize a valid claim. Coffee shops, retailers and car-service businesses are examples, not automatically approved categories. We review business and offer details before anything can go live.

For responding to your request, not marketing consent.
An idea or question is enough. For example: one small drip coffee, with no purchase required. Don’t include identity documents or payment information.
This helps us understand how people find Coordn8.

Before you decide

Is it free to join?

There is no participation fee during the pilot. Your business supplies the perk and covers its own costs. Future paid participation is undecided and would require a separate agreement.

Will this bring new customers?

Coordn8 is a startup. We are acquiring customers in different ways. As those customers arrive, businesses in this pilot are the first to benefit.

Can I stop offering a perk?

You can stop new claims. Existing claims keep their original terms. If you cannot fulfill one, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

What will be public?

An approved listing shows your business display name, description, participating location and offer details. Your legal business name, authorized contact and account email are private application details. Review the customer preview before submitting.
